1. No minimum order.
2. Pieces available in stock will be delivered / shipped within 10-15 days of order date from our Chatsworth Ca location to all over the world.  Custom pieces or pieces not available in stock will be delivered/ shipped within 10-12 weeks of order date.  Please call company for availability.  Special secured packaging provided, 99 % guaranteed – no breakage.
3. Manufacturing/ blowing of all our glasses are done in Firenze, Italy & stocked in our Chatsworth warehouse.  Also most of the metal work.
4. All dimensions, colors, and finishes stated in the TODL or anywhere else pertaining to the products sold by Omaggio are approximate and within industry standards.  Each product is unique in character and no two items are guaranteed to be exactly/precisely alike, since they are all handmade.
5. Each piece is signed by the artist Vittorio Omaggio.
6. We custom design & make the metal fixture according to your space & location.  Large variety of metal finishes available; brushed nickel, bronze, & more.  Call company.  All hangers are adjustable to the desired length, choices of simple rods, wires, chains, or covered by beautiful fabric.
7. We provide professional art installers & supervision on large installations.
8. We provide sketches per spaces / location prior to starting the project
9. Staging available for lighting & sculptures.
10. We accept company check, wire transfers, MC, Visa, Discover, AMEX
11. For all orders: 50% upon order, 50% upon completion.
